Onsite Consultation
Payment Required - $250 (credited toward project)

Meet with a Kevin for up to 2 hours at your home.

Discuss ideas and solutions in depth with a designer.

Gather information for a design and/or job proposal.

Design Phase (if applicable)

Upon deciding to proceed, we will finalize design agreement and obtain full payment for the design upfront.

Review design and general layout.

Review proposal.

Approve design and estimate.

Contract & Deposit

Formalize contracts, gather signatures, and obtain a deposit check.

The 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule.

You will be assigned a target start date.

Schedule & Job Planning

Schedule labor.

Order materials and schedule deliveries.

Site walk through.

Project Fulfillment

50% start payment due before project begins.

Introduction to foreman on first day of job.

Focus on quality, safety, a completing the project on time.

Completion

Final walk-through with foreman and/or project manager.

Final 40% payment due upon substantial completion.
